Over the past few months, I have had the pleasure of working on my Estate Planning with Matt. Having never gone through this process, I could not have been happier with the outcome. Matt Wiley is an outstanding Attorney and person. Matt's expertise and experience in Estate Planning, Trusts, and Wills is tremendous. My wife and I are both CPAs, but we wanted to go to an Attorney that specializes in this area. I met Matt when he was a guest speaker at a class I had attended on Estates, Trusts, and Wills. I was impressed with Matt's experience and knowledge at this lecture and decided to meet with him about our family's Estate Planning. Several years ago my wife and I contacted Matt to meet with him to discuss our Estate Planning needs. Matt spent significant time (2 separate meetings) with the both of us learning about our family and our Estate Planning needs. Based on these two meetings, Matt prepared a very comprehensive Estate Plan. The plan covered not only my wife and I, but for our son who has some special needs. We wanted to make sure we had the proper support both financially and from a general welfare caring standpoint for him. Matt customized the plan for us (2 Separate Meetings with Matt to review the proposed plan) and he took his time walking us through the plan BEFORE it was finalized and to make sure it accomplished what we intended and met our needs. We are very happy with our Estate Plan and how it provides for our son. What we also like about Matt is that after you received the Estate Plan he doesn't just walk away and forget you. Matt contacts us periodically to see if we need to make any changes to our plan and/or update the plan for any recent changes in the laws. Matt will inform us of any important law changes and how it may impact us and our plan. It is important to stay current and Matt is very knowledgeable in the laws in this area and the ongoing changes to the laws. We have grown to see Matt as not only our Estate Attorney, but as our friend and legal counselor on other legal matters. We have reached out to Matt for his advice and referrals to other law firms to deal with legal matters outside of Estates, Trusts and Wills. Matt is very honest and will refer you to another law firm if he believes your legal needs are outside of his area of expertise. We TRUST Matt and have all the confidence in the world in him. We never hesitate to call Matt on any legal matter to get his HONEST and PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. I have never met an Attorney as courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and professional as Matt Wiley.
