Alex was very insightful and informative in explaining a question I had about a private residential property real estate tax assessment, and how assessments work in general. In my situation due to his explanation it turned out I currently do not need an attorney.

I had an issue with a landlord that was going no where, and i was afraid i was going to lose my entire security deposit. I decided that I would need some help, and I got help from both attorneys there. They assured me they would handle it, and they did! I got my entire security deposit plus interest.
