I contacted Mark Sherman's office on behalf of a neighbor one evening at 9pm, the night before a 9am hearing re: a disorderly conduct citation stemming from a domestic situation. The office not only responded right away, but was able to appear the next morning, and defended their client with both sensitivity and effectiveness, allowing the client to go back to home that morning, and ultimately getting charge dismissed. 5 stars!!
