Absolutely awful!! He represented me in a Criminal case & he had no idea what he was doing. He kept saying "I don't know" to a lot to my questions. I was viciously assaulted by my psycho neighbor Taylor Mills and incurred $6,500 in medical bills ($450 with my insurance). We BOTH got AR with 1 month probation AND she didn't pay restitution for my bills. She submitted BOGUS "root canal" bills to get out of paying mine. She must have screwed her attorney to get such a sweet deal. Furthermore the communication was really poor. Smith was really disorganized and kept changing the court dates. It took SIX months to finally end it but it could have taken a lot less!! I am confident that if I had a different attorney the outcome would have been much FAVORABLE for me.

I received a very professional answer by email from him, The only one who took the time to answer, however I am a great advocate and know the law, looking for someone who can take my son school to federal court for fraud and braking the law since I have lotsss of Proof.
