I would absolutely recommend Seth if you are looking for an attorney for a real estate transaction. Seth was recently my attorney when I sold my home and purchased a new home. Seth helped me successfully navigate some very unusual zoning complications that occured during my transaction. He always explained things clearly I feel confident he was operating in my best interests during the process.

Mr. Arnowitz helped us purchasing our house in Ridgefield, CT back in 2014 and he did a tremendously good job for us. From first consultation to closing he answered all of our questions clearly and took great care of the agreement and related paperwork on behalf of us. On closing day he showed great competence by checking each and every document and took protective action on one of the requests of the lender for bypassing one of the requirements resulting in protecting our interest in the property. A year after the closing he let us know about a great opportunity and offer available in the market for refinancing our house which we did and saved over $210,000 off the total amount we're supposed to pay back the lender for our first mortgage loan. I keep recommending him to everyone I know who's shopping for a house purchase and so far 3 of my friends/acquaintances did or has been working with him, they're happy with him too.
