Rashmi Patel is a very tough, thorough and brilliant attorney. I thank her and her team for their brilliant performance in resolving my case. I had earlier contracted one of the self acclaimed top best immigration lawyer (name withheld) in Bridgeport, CT without result. Attorney Patel gave us hope when it seems all hope were lost. My husband and I came to Rashmi with great confusion and little hope in 2014. Some serious filing errors put my husband in a vulnerable position that ultimately landed him in removal proceedings. Rashmi and her staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. We would have questions and would get immediate responses on nights, weekends, etc. The team around her (Karen, Jaipaul, etc) were all top-notch. Things took a bit longer than expected, but that is completely due to the administration currently in place so keep your expectations in line with regards to timeliness- however Rashmi and her team will keep you posted with updates and clear expectations.

She has no idea what to do with immigration law, the worst lawyer I've ever worked with, I do not know who is writing good reviews, I think she pays people for these reviews or friends, I lost a few good years with her and several thousand dollars I was almost deported .She send my appeal in 2012 recive denied because was send after deadline and never told me about when I asked her is there anything new in my case always was saying is pending and that was till 2017. now my new lawyer cleans up after her mess. She even don’t know which files she should submit after interviews do process for visa.....I meet so meany people that they were deported because of her and people that got in trouble with immigration law because files weren’t submitted on time..... Lot to saying about her..... Please stay away from her and her assistant!!!! I wish that could be a true what she was write under my review!!!!
