Great lawyers for accidents and falls.

My boyfriend, and I were in a car accident. The other driver ran a stop sign, and we T-Boned them at 30 MPH, totaling our vehicle. Our dog was in the car, and it was a harrowing experience. We don't live very close to Stratford at all, so traveling there for personal injury seemed like it may be a bit of a waste, but the process went something like this. We actually spoke in person, he told me some personal stuff about his (Ryan Miller, the personal Injury and partner, great man) life, and we shared some of ours, and then we proceeded from the beginning, to the end of the story which took about 15 minutes, were able to decide what to do next, and his way of speaking, as well as the manner in which he conducted himself (calling for no reason to make sure we were OK with our Doctors, never making us jump through hoops to sign stuff, etc). He genuinely cared when we spoke to Allstate. His anger of their ridiculous numbers was visually apparent, and Allstate eventually ended up giving me much more than I expected, but the process itself, was streamlined I got hurt. I saw Doctors. ONCE we had to do something called a deposition, where the opposing side asks questions, but Ryan was there, and basically helped us answer correctly, and truthfully, and it was over. A few short months later, it went to mediation, instead of continuing in court. After reviewing all of Ryan's incredible ability to handle everything personal injury, all of our medical bills were paid, got a new car, and of course, money for more than just lost wages, but for the true suffering, which I thought no one would care about. The way it was presented to the Mediator must have been perfect, because we actually got the number we wanted, which is unheard of. If you get hurt, and it's not your fault, you can choose any attorney, and it may be basically the same process to you, but I can tell you, IT'S NOT! You will see, it's night and day with some people. Those notes, that paperwork, everything had to be done right, and dealing with Allstate is NOTORIOUSLY bad news, but not for us... .... thanks to Ryan Miller.
