I had a VERY complicated divorce case... Atty Levy literally saved my life and my finances and kids. He is an out of the box thinker and gave me incredible advice... Not the quickest to respond to emails but I get that he's busy... He always steered me in the right direction and we WON literally everything I wanted and needed. Other atty's in the area DO NOT like going up against him because he WINS! Beverly (his assistant) is super sweet and caring and I loved worked with her as well!

Attorney Steven Levy seemed very distracted and uninterested in my case after paying him tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees.. Whenever asked the plan moving forward to protect my family and children it was always about how much more money he would require. Never prepared and up to date with your case..

I was very pleased with the services I received from attorney Levry. He was professional and very capable and most of all he did not "churn" the account. I even received a portion of my deposit back in a timely matter. He was referred to me by another professional who I trusted and I am glad I listened and hired him and his staff.

When looking for an attorney for my divorce case, i contacted a lawyer friends of mine (who is not a divorce lawyer) and he recommended Steven highly based on his ability to win cases. In fact my friend said " if i were ever to have to go thru a divorce, id want Steven as my attorney". I thought this was a fabulous recommendation and after talking to 2 other lawyers, i went with Steven..... And yes i ended up with the exact result i had hoped for. Steven and his staff were on top of every detail and stayed in contact with me all the way thru the process. He stuck to the facts and kept me on track thru a very difficult time and his advice ultimately led me to get the results that i had hoped for. I needed a lawyer that would get MY results, and Steven led me to that outcome in the most professional way possible. Highly recommended

Things have gone consistently in my favor over the years thanks to Attorney Levy. In most cases agreements were made in court, but in a recent hearing he totally blew me away. He is an impressive attorney. If you are looking for an attorney, this is the guy you want representing you! Unfortunately, legal fees are expensive- that’s the reality. I would not recommend Steve. He is only interested in his fees. He will sell you on a bill of goods and not do anything. He has given me advice that put me in contempt and lied. His original $5000 retainer for a simple divorce in a marriage over a year ending in bankruptcy with no assets, I ended up with fees over $23,000.. The Litchfield Court where he works out of is a joke. The court house is so old its impossible to function efficiently. Which was great for Steve,, billed and billed. I asked him to file a motion to make my ex pay for any frivolous motion as the legal fees and time off work buried me. HE had from September till April , never filed although I was dragged to court by my ex and the GAL, Maureen also a worthless Attorney , and never was the motion filled. He rang up over $3000 in fees for nothing.

I would not recommend this attorney. He is not organized, does not respond to clients concerns in a timely fashion and when he does he is not always understanding. He appears to be too busy to focus on your case and tends to do what he wants without always consulting with his client first. Most times you arrive in court and he is trying to squeeze in as many cases as he can. It was interesting to learn from a handful of his former clients that they had experienced the same thing you had. Outrageous bills with little results. His attitude is very poor as well. I can definitely see how he has been reprimanded by the board what I don't understand is why only once.
