I needed to evict my tenant (due to many months of lack of rent payment, despite my discovering that she had loads of cash but just didn't feel obligated to pay rent!) What a mistake it was, me trying to evict her myself... which ended up costing me WAY more money compared to hiring Kent in the first place, to do it RIGHT the first time, and as quickly as possible. Courteously, he educated me so that I understood the process, ensuring I was comfortable-- and no mysteries. He succeeded in enabling me to promptly get a new tenant. He even gave me some useful tips to help prevent this from ever occurring again-- and it didn't. If you're not getting your rent, you need to call Kent!
