Kent Miller does not respond in a timely and professional manner. We’re going on 8 months since an estate sale of real estate and he has not disbursed the funds. Does not reply to emails and phone calls. Gate keeper says she will follow up but never does. It is probably illegal for him and his firm to hold proceeds from the sale of a property.

Back in 2016 Kent Miller told me I didn't have a case to get money $375.000 that was stolen from me even though in bankruptcy court the person who stole my money offer to buy it from the trustee for $25.000 so I didn't pursue the money only to find out years later that not only would I got the $375.000 that was owed to me but I could have filed a lawsuit against the people who with their lies under oth in court made me lose my business my home my wife of 30 years I could have sued for millions but Kent Miller made me believe my case was worthless 😢. I'm now living in poverty lost everything thanks to Kent Miller . I would NOT recommend Kent Miller he is a horrible attorney

Helpful, knowledgeable people in firm with an interest in your well being and saftey. Answered many of my questions on the spot during my first visit. Also, shared business card with me in case I had more questions.

This law firm I hire to represent me, was representing my ex-partner more than me, they made me do things in which I became homeless after owning 4 homes, they don’t look for your interest, they charge you about $400 per hour and they take your money and do nothing to help you, I lost over $10k , don’t hire this firm, you will regret every moment you did.

I have been a client of Attorney Reine Boyer for over 20 years. She helped me when I started my small business, family matters and employment issues. I found her to be knowledgeable, dependable, and compassionate. I was having trouble with a former employer. A supervisor was mistreating me and created a hostile work environment. I tried to handle the situation on my own without resolution. When Reine represented me, she was able to address the case with my employer and dealt with the situation. Atty Boyer took the time to consult with me in a last minute contract dispute. I had a group of women set to go on a 2 night retreat. Our contract read rental of the place, 8 rooms for 15 people. I had a date to give the final count and after the final count they would revise my bill and give me a new balance. I gave them a count of 10 people and I received a bill for 15 people. When I questioned the resort, they said I rented the building per night not by the amount of people. We kept going back and forth with what the contract read. They said it was a standard contract and they had made a mistake, but still did not honor the contract I had signed. I then asked for my deposit. According to the contract I would've had to cancel 30 days in advance in order to get 25% of my money back. I reached out to Atty Boyer, she told me if contract was not signed by both parties then it is void. And if the contract was signed by both parties then they would have to honor the contract. Atty Boyer looked over the contract and wrote a letter on my behalf. At the end of the day I received an email that same day stating my full deposit check was in the mail. Atty Boyer responded quickly on short notice. Her letter was very professional and to the point. I was very happy with the outcome. We ended up cancelling the trip but I received my full deposit. Attorney Boyer help me with a family issue that I was and still having and she provided me with excellent service and amazing results. She was professional and very good at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
