Attorney Lauren Higgins is an absolute outstanding professional. We worked together for the majority of my case, and I feel that she was always available and reasonable during a very stressful time. Lauren always reassured me that the decisions that I was making were either on the mark or needed to be changed. She saw me through a really stressful time and for that I will always be grateful.

I did consultations with three different lawyers and I didn't feel as welcomed and confident as I did with Gregory Allen. Attorney Gregory Allen is meticulous, and sophisticatedly methodical in his profession. He is an experienced attorney and fights indefatigably on behalf of his clients. He's quick witted and knowledgeable regarding various sides of the law. He and his staff were very well prepared and educated on my situation, and I could not have found a more competent law team to handle my situation.Gregory Allen does get back to you in a timely manner unlike others waiting. They send you many remainders for your court date as well and they call you days before to make sure your all set to go and if they need anything to bring or to send them. They also don't hound you for their money which is very nice because it does accumulate quickly so if you just keep making payments your golden. There's nothing hes beenwith me since day one and fights for me terrifically.

Seems like a decent law firm but it wasn’t the right fit for me. I worked with Alissa Korwek for 2 months and she literally did NOTHING for my case- she didn’t even inform the courts that she was representing me. She was supposed to refile paperwork for me and never did. I decided to no longer retain her after numerous unreturned phone calls and emails. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt since she’s a novice attorney. If you decide to use this firm, work with anyone but her.

Unless your opposition is without counsel, I recommend anyone but Greg Allen. Throughout my case he has delayed filing, sent paralegals in his place in court who underrepresented myself and my daughter, was completely unresponsive 90 percent of the time, and when pressed for answers about my case with pending motions filed, I got 0 help and he dropped me as a client because it was easier than doing the job he was paid for. I was never in contact when he was to be out of office for weeks at a time, I went weeks with multiple emails unanswered, and I recommend anyone but him for custody cases. Edit to owner: If Alyssa is a lawyer then that’s laughable. You waited weeks to file, didn’t inform me when things were filed, I went weeks and multiple emails without response and when I asked you why, you said you were tired of defending your decisions, yet I never even got any decisions because you wouldn’t respond. Again, I recommend anyone thinking of using this attorney do a lot of shopping before he takes your money and wastes 7 months of you and your family’s time.

He only gets the 1 star because zero is not an option with the app. Greg was unwilling to hear my complaints or voice my concerns. Over an 18 month period, Greg never took the time to understand or even acknowledge the concerns I actually had even though I had been extremely vocal since the very first day. He had others show up at hearings and ignored all of my input, all of our conversations, and he failed to pursue dozens of egregious, blatant and willful violations by the other party. Greg never followed through with any contempt motions to hold the opposing party accountable while I suffered under their a tions. He produced zero wins, gave no explanations, was impossible to reach, literally took weeks to reply at times. There is ZERO follow through, zero ambition and zero integrity. My assessment is he's way over his head when it comes to family law as he appeared stunned at every turn. He ignored my concerns and first hand knowledge of the opposing party and instead pursued his own agenda, whatever he pleased and accompished nothing but extensive billable hours at my expense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

A true touch of class. What a honor it was to work with Greg. He went far above and beyond to assist me in this process. From the welcoming at the front door from his associates to the sitting down and talking it was truly a great experience. As a real estate professional working in Wallingford I can say with full assurance that you’re in some phenomenal hands.
