The Law Offices of James A. Welcome was very efficient. Johanna Idrovo was always very responsive to all my questions about my visa application. I sincerely recommend their services.

We decided to have a consultation with lawyer from this company cause it had so many good reviews. The call with a lady lawyer was delayed but not long and it was fine. She was nice and felt kinda helpful. In the end of our conversation she said that she will send us an email with all the informations we talked about cause she knew it was a lot. After a week of not getting the email, I called the office and the receptionist said she will remind that lady - it’s over a month now. I never got my message back and I paid 100$ for this information... also the prices the lawyer gave us for CR1 application was overwhelming (4.000+all the fees...) we looked around and we found someone who looks like cares more and has a great experience as well... and the price is half of the one we got here...

They are well professional, patient, understand your case, they have compassion, the lawyer, Stephanie Naranjo is an excellent professional, and she is very humanitarian. I m very satisfied I would recommend it 💯

For a law office to almost have 5 stars I'd expect it to be the best. Unfortunately they never got back to us. We tried several times to get in touch with a lawyer and all we would hear is we'll get back to you. Word of advice if your busy please let people know instead of having them wait for nothing.
