Hola no se como tranaja el abogado James A. Welcome pero su personal es muy descortes y rudo. Hoy llame para hacer uno cita y la empleada Gladys fue de poca ayuda, le comente mi situacion a Ella para q tuviera Conocimiento y me dijiera si o no el podia tomar mi caso.... Ella me interupio diciendome LA CITA SON 100 DOLARES USTED QUIERE LA CITA O QUE. USTED QUIERE QUE YO LE GARANTIZE QUE VA A GANAR El CASO ETC. con un tono autoritario y hasta molesto me atreveria a decir. Esto deja mucho que decir de el personal nadie que valla a pagar por un servicio se merece y trato asi. Por eso el motivo de una estrella.

Para compensacion al trabajador no sirve no hace citas con el comisionado y si las hace solo el va y no notifica de nada solo dice que esta en audiencias y mi caso lleva 2 años y sin ningun resultado

LA PEOR REPRESENTACION DE MI VIDA. Este abogado ni siquiera me preparo para el juicio. Se juntó conmigo en la corte el dia,del jucio. No apeló y ahora me están deportando.

Attorney James Welcome stuck by my side since day one. He was super clear and very truthful about my case. He wasn't sure that we was going to be able to help me. After he did his research he said yes and became my attorney. I thank God I met him. Because of him and his staff i now today have my green card back. It was a long fight fight almost 5 years.
