I highly recommend James Hardy. I got arrested over a false domestic dispute claim and of course was scared out of my mind. Definitely great customer service and professionalism. I am also very happy that he was able to get all three charges dropped. If I ever (which I hope I don’t) get into any other trouble, James is the one I will call on. Thank you so much for everything!

This should go with out saying, I lawyer should be forthright and transparent, this was not my experience with Ct lawyers. I called well over 100 lawyers. Attorney Hardy said what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and most important accomplished it. I was an out of state resident with very old tickets and was able to resolve it! He should be be the first attorney you call in the state of Ct , if you have the same issue. Period.

This was the first time I had a paid attorney and see now why they are so much better then public defenders. Mr Hardy worked a great deal for me considering the fact that I don't have a great record. My case was drug related and I was facing some serious time but I received probation.... He also worked with me on paying his fee.... He's not one for chit chat but he is smoking great at his job and that's what really matters...

Father's in CT need a Voice
Attorney Hardy has given me a voice in the CT Court system that constantly disregarded my position in the ability to access and care for my children as equal to any mother. I was able to bring forth evidence and testimony to Trial and Attorney Hardy ensured that the swirling hearsay was objected, and only the Facts of the case were on display.
