Linda has helped me with a number of post-settlement motions related to my divorce. I’ve found her to be exceptionally capable. Linda will fight hard for your interests, but she represents you with the utmost integrity and fairness. She will not tell you some over-optimistic story about what to expect. My impressions of her are that she is a firm believer that men and women should be treated equally by the court, and she worked very hard for me. Linda prepared thoroughly for my court date and when it came to dealing with my ex-wife, she was a rock. I would characterize Linda as a strategic thinker and very tenacious. One example: While sitting before the judge, my Ex submitted a couple of cases she felt represented a precedence in support of her position. In real-time, Linda pulled out her phone and used her resources to very quickly research those cases, summarize them for the court, and state why they were not precedence in my case. It was very impressive. Of course, she had researched all cases that could have had an impact ahead of time. I can recommend Linda without reservation. I will certainly be going back to her in the future.

Beware!! This is the Worst lawyer in the area and very expensive. I know I was over charged and she still won't give me an itemized bill!! I was even even charged for parking. She never consulted with me before a hearing, cross examined without reviewing the case (even after the judge offered extra time) demanded a specific amount of alimony (again without consulting with me) and it ended up being less than what I was getting. Just a few of a long list of ignorant proceedings! Oh and this attorney is always LATE
