My 60 year old disabled mother was in a car accident on Cape Cod. When looking around for lawyers Goff assured us that she could take care of the case even though it was out of state. She dragged her (my disabled mother who was also recovering from a full knee replacement, 1 of 2.) along for over a year before she finally said she couldn’t handle the case because it was out of state. Even though we specifically asked that over 12 months prior to hiring her law firm. Finally when the settlement was finished my mother ended up having to pay Goffs firm for the “work” they did. They got a cut of this broken woman’s small check that was now smaller. For literally not doing anything. We could’ve not only used that time to find another attorney that could’ve helped but I feel like they stole that money from my mom. Not happy. Super slimy. Spend less on billboards and more attention to your clients.
