Better Call Saul 👍🏼 you’ll get farther

What a waste of time. Pretty disappointing when you call and the first 10 seconds you ask the very important question of the statue of limitation’s and they never tell you and then waste an entire half an hour of your time and put you through to the next level of speaking to the paralegal and to the attorney and they never say a thing they put you on mute and let you carry on with your entire story and then finally tell you that the statue of limitation ran out on your case! Um, can you have told us that a whole half an hour ago?! When I was done talking it was completely silent for the longest time and we couldn’t understand what was happening and you could hear they were still on the line but they had us muted! We started saying hello! hello! Then they unmute it and started talking! Rude!! Do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time

Unfortunately I know first hand that they don’t follow through with their promises. They do not help those that are unable to defend themselves properly. I have seen personally someone going through a very hard time. They have completely ruined this persons Life. an injury that completely changed the trajectory of his life and they are not able to come through with any money. This case has been tossed around from person to person everyone that speaks Spanish has quit unless you are someone that has a good understanding and properly can defend yourself this is not a place I would recommend. I am disappointed in many different levels. And it’s to bad that those that are able to make a real difference in someone’s life ends up making a bad situation worst. Leaving them high and dry. With no resolution to the injury. A person that was injured, a life changing moment. A bunch of promises and then to say that there’s nothing they can do. They were supposed to defend and fight like the ad they use says but it’s all for show. This person won’t be able to work again. A lot of talk but in what I have seen not much help to those who truly needs it. They have neglected this case and are very unprofessional.

I got a call from three different representatives from this law firm asking me about the situation I was involved in, I said the same facts three times . I get a call from their supervisor stating a completely wrong story and telling me I’m at fault aggressively in my ear while on the call. Couldn’t even tell her she got it all wrong and How do I know I’m not at fault ?(their insurance company is taking 100% liability and not a question asked) but that’s okay I already took my business elsewhere. and oh boy were they glad I went to them. Unprofessional at best Best regards, a happy customer elsewhere

Goff Law is an amazing personal injury law firm. My lawyer and paralegal were both incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for me.

I contacted the Goff Law Firm and spoke to Lindsey and she took all my information about my case. The next day after checking with the lawyers Linsey mentioned that the Law Firm was not able to take the case, not giving a valid reason when asked why. So she "pawned" me off to another law firm in Wethersfield called Forest and McPadden who were even more unprofessional by neglecting to call me back twice after having to explain the injuries all over again. 2 Unprofessional Law Firms, if Zero rating was available I'd give it

Twice in the last 9 years I have used their services and have been extremely satisfied with their work.
