In June 2023, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Shortly after, I contacted Goff Law Group to handle my case. I received an initial call within a minute of submitting my request online, which led me to believe I had found a firm that was proactive and efficient. Unfortunately, over the following year, while receiving treatment for my injuries, I noticed a significant decline in the responsiveness and thoroughness of the attorney assigned to my case. Her responses became increasingly delayed, to the point where it took an entire month to get a simple yes or no answer regarding whether she had received an important document from my doctor. The firm ultimately admitted they had not received the document, after refusing to address my question directly. At this juncture, I contacted Brooke to either cancel my account or reassign my case to an attorney who had the time and commitment for my needs. I was then asked to speak with another attorney, who insisted on a call. I agreed, hoping they would acknowledge their communication failures and take responsibility. I was willing to continue with a new attorney at the firm if they demonstrated accountability. Instead, during the call, I was told that my frustrations were due to a misunderstanding of the process. I made it clear that I understood the process and that my dissatisfaction stemmed from my former attorney's complete lack of communication, not from my understanding. I have since canceled my account with Goff Law Group and switched to another firm where I am now more than satisfied. It is evident to me that Goff Law Group prioritizes quantity and advertising over quality. I do not recommend this firm if you expect clear, timely communication and transparency.

I don't have a lot of experience with lawyers, however, my time with the Goff Law Group was outstanding. I felt like they truly cared about my case and, more importantly, me as a person. My husband has also used them and we can't recommend them enough!! Thank you for everything!

This law firm by far is the best law firm that I know this is my first time ever going through a situation that I had to go through, but the team was great.
