It rare these days to have such a positive customer service experience as I was fortunate to have had with this law firm. I used the law office of Forrest McPadden in a diminished value case. Attorney Forrest and his staff (Bethany, Deanna, and Kali) were exceptional. The entire process from start to finish was explained in great detail. Along the way they frequently updated me on the status of my case and answered any questions I had for them. Attorney Forrest represented me in a diminished value claim. He and his staff (Kali, Deanna, Nicole) were outstanding. They explained the process from start to finish, kept me apprised of the status of my case, and answered my questions promptly.
