I contacted Forrest McPadden after my Lexus was hit, and I felt that the other insurance company was being intentionally obtuse. I had only owned the car for 2 weeks before the accident, and I knew that it would now have significantly reduced value due to having a major accident on its CarFax report, but was having no luck trying to get the insurer to pay out for diminished value on my own. Attorney Forrest was very clear about the case that we had, the next steps and timeline, and what to expect. The case played out exactly as he described, and he was able to secure a sizable settlement to cover the value lost on the car. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and Attorney Forrest's knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to anyone whose car has been damaged in an accident to ensure that you are recouping the proper value that the car will have lost as a result.

Attorney Forrest was incredibly prepared and did a ton of research prior to my court case. His courtroom skills were unmatched, he blew the defense attorney out of the water. One of the best for the Auto Diminished Value cases. My 4 week old Tesla Model S was rear ended and suffered $30k worth of repairs and no car for 3 months. The other party's insurance low balled with a $2000 Diminished Value offer. I contacted several law firms and DV experts across NJ, NY who either didn't see the merits of the case or thought its not worth their time. I then saw an NBC Interview of attorney Forrest explaining how DV Claims work,how most people don't know about it and how insurances try to low ball you. I contacted attorney Forrest and during the first 5 mins of the call he saw the merits of the case and we had a clear path forward. I was set right expectations in terms of how long it would take and what it would take from my side, what's the best case settlement and what could be the worst case scenario. After a year, we finally reached the settlement of $15k which is more than I expected based on DV analysis(ofcourse there's standard attorney fee and some my out of pocket expenses). Attorney Forrest and their paralegal team is always reachable for email and call and I would highly recommend Forrest Law based on my experience working with them. Cheers!

Great communication skills and a prompt response

A professional's professional. The process played out exactly as he described. Excellent knowledge and experience. Although often in Court attending to his cases, he and his office are responsive to communications. I felt quite confident I was in good hands. I would highly recommend (and have recommended) Matthew and his office to family and friends.

Terrible customer service. I was strung along for three weeks and unceremoniously dropped as a potential client for no discernible reason. A massive waste of time that has now put me back three weeks on my case. Not recommended.
