I used the law office of Forrest McPadden in a diminished value case. Attorney Forrest and his staff (Bethany, Deanna, and Kali) were exceptional. The entire process from start to finish was explained in great detail. Along the way they frequently updated me on the status of my case and answered any questions I had for them. I am satisfied with the result in my case and would highly recommend Attorney Forrest and his team.

Attorney Forrest represented me in a diminished value claim. He and his staff (Kali, Deanna, Nicole) were outstanding. They explained the process from start to finish, kept me apprised of the status of my case, and answered my questions promptly. Although my case was not resolved for more than a year, Attorney Forrest was successful in negotiating a very good settlement for me. I would highly recommend them.

I agree 100% with Taylor Equi and Jon Fiskewold, who said it much better than I could, but the same basic premis is much confusion, conflicting responses, scattered communication, poo customer service. at least it's reassuring to know I was not the only one received as potential client then not followed through with properly, never allowed to speak to Atty Forrest nor submit documentation for review. Frustraton at it's finest, for nothing, do not recommend. Actually it appears for the best since those he represented seems unsatisfied for similar reasons.
