Ailla was hired to represent us in the sale of our Development Rights. She is very professional, respectful and knowledgeable in this area, having worked with officials at the State level previously. She is very personable and returned emails and phone calls almost immediately. If Ailla does not know an answer to my question, she finds out promptly. She also diffused a possible tense situation in a non-threatening manner. Her advice is very helpful while keeping our best interests in mind. I would highly recommend her!

Ailla handled an agricultural easement for us, and we were quite pleased with our experience with her. She was pleasant and professional; she was knowledgeable and helpful; she responded quickly to calls and emails; she gave us every confidence that she was looking out for our interests as opposed to just going through the motions; and she followed up with us even after the signing was complete. Initially I was going to assign four stars to this rating as I am always uncomfortable assigning a more or less perfect five stars to any situation...but as she came up short in no area, I could not in good conscience assign any less than the five stars. She gets my recommendation.
