The State had sent me conflicting information in the mail (in a very private and sensitive matter) that could have created major problems for me down the road. Not knowing where to start, I turned to Evelina for assistance in sorting it out. Without hesitation, she and her team dug into why the State had differing information in separate databases and completely cleared up my issue. Had she not taken the time to contact multiple people/departments, I could have run into much bigger problems down the road. Cheers to her for taking the heavy weight off of my shoulders and being sensitive to my situation.

Evelina Ruszkowski is by far, an exceptional Attorney. Evelina took on a Probated Estate case with a multiple tier (meaning: it went from Estate to a Trust) for me that was far from easy, and had come from a previous office as well. So right in the middle of chaos, she took this probate case on in force as if she'd been working on it the entire duration. To state my case came with many challenges is an understatement, and her professionalism and knowledge shined through. Evelina handled this in a timely manner, always keeping me informed as to all of what was transpiring as well as making what was an extremely stressful situation for me, not as stressful, by going far and beyond for me what other attorneys had not previously done.
