Very professional and easy to work with. Always followed up with me when I called or emailed. They were able to settle my claim in a fair and timely manner.

Misleading, made it sound like a had a chance to use the lemon law with my car. Then after said oh no you don't qualify for that.

Decent experience. I asked quite a few questions prior to signing the contract. Not all could be answered. I had a lot of questions regarding attorney fees that I could potentially be responsible for. I felt like I was talking in circles and getting the run around. Eventually an attorney reached out. He assured me that I would only possibly have attorney fees if I sold the vehicle prior to resolution and that was only if we had filed a lawsuit. I was told Ford would pay attorney fees. I clarified multiple times. When it came time for my settlement, Lemberg Law took a huge amount of my settlement for attorney fees. I told them what I had been told, but their response was that I was responsible for attorney fees since Ford settled with a demand letter vs. a lawsuit. I was 100% lied to. This process was relatively quick or I would have rated a 1. *Update* On 12/1 the owner of this firm reached out in response to this review. I was very surprised at the tone of her email. Upon responding, I requested that we review the recording of my call with the attorney I spoke of previously. She stated that as a firm they do not record calls. Unfortunately, I did not email a summary of the call so there are no records of what I was told by this attorney. I did raise the question of said fees at settlement. However I didn’t fight what I was told as I had no proof of what I was clearly assured. I felt that me vs. this firm would not go in my favor. At the time the owner contacted me, she gave me no perception of customer focus or that she had any interest in what I was told by her employee. I felt no interest from her of being interested in changing my opinion of her firm. A customer friendly response, such as an apology can go a long way. Such a response would have changed the context of this update.

When I first reach out the Lemberg law honestly I was skeptical… I reached out to them because a collection was harassing my husband and when I tell you they took care of the issue and got me paid for the collection company violating my right and in short period of time. If anyone is having the same issue I highly recommend them if you looking for fast solutions to your problem the are the right law firm for the job very communicative and always answer your calls. Thank you Lemberg Law. For giving me my peace of mind back.
