If you are receiving ridiculous amounts of phone calls from creditors, these are the people you need to call. I was receiving copious amounts of phone calls per day from a credit card company. Yes I was behind on the payments, but I had put the card with a debt consolidation company, and I kept telling them that, and they kept calling me. Anyhow, the moral of the story is you need to call Lemberg Law if this is happening to you. They got it resolved quickly. In fact, the day I signed up with them I never got another call. And it only took them a few months to settle with the credit card company. Highly recommend!
