Cutting to the chase, I would wholeheartedly and without any reservations recommend using David Rintoul for any short or long term disability matter. Now for my story: Roughly eight years ago I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Like most people, I didn’t know much about the disease, other than it has no cure and it is progressive in nature. That being said, I vowed not to let it affect my work, and for several years that held true. Unfortunately, the MS began affecting me in ways I didn’t anticipate, and eventually started impacting my ability to do my job. Though I loved what I did, I reluctantly explored the possibility of going out on disability. My wife and I interviewed a few disability attorneys in CT and NY. We came to David through an MS Society recommendation, and fortunately for us, decided to use him.
