Wow!! A five star review is less than what Atty. Daniel Bishop deserves! His compassion, honesty, and knowledge exceeded far and beyond most attorneys. I wasn't aware of the concepts pertaining to workman's compensation cases. During and after my settlement, it is always important to speak with Attorney Daniel Bishop first. He saw through the tactics used by my previous employer and the insurance company. The purpose of capturing a clear picture is to ensure an outcome in "their" best interest. My workman's compensation pay increased. I wasn't suppose to know my actual weekly pay. If it were not for Atty. Bishop stepping in, I would not have known. After reviewing the weekly amount, Atty. Bishop revealed their attempt to keep it lower than what was owed. It's awful when organizations that you invest your time with poses dishonest practices. I have learned so much during and after my settlement. After the case settled, even I wanted to become an Attorney. But, there is one Atty. Daniel Bishop to my knowledge.
