We had the best experience ever. Everyone involved was super, especially Carmen! She kept in constant contact with us, and let us know what was going on every step of way! Carmen always took the time to answer every one of our questions, no matter how small they were, or how busy she was! I would recommend Jonathan Perkins Injury Lawyers to everyone. Five Star Rating. Attorney Perkins is amazing but his staff are horrendous to deal with. They need to fire Annaly, a quote "case manager". But she is incompetent, and quite ignorant to communicate with She let many a things slack and did not provide the exceptional customer service that was promised. She also barely called to follow up with me as also promised. I found myself nagging her constantly about things she should have been privy to and ahead of. We frequently spoke on things she had no answers to. Attorney Perkin fire Annaly, your office would probably run more efficiently.
