I was involved in a car accident April of 2017, my car was totaled in the accident I was without my own transportation although I was not at fault, I was given a traffic violation which I had to show up to court for. After I had the accident I was afraid and unsure what to do. So it was my Mom who recommended Schwartz and Schwartz Attorneys at law, I made an appointment Joseph Stanley was hired as my attorney and even though there was no settlement in my case (other driver unavailable) Joe was still available even when my case was closed I got a notice to appear in court Joe met me there and even gave me a ride back, (the court was 30-45 minutes away) he was very knowledgeable about my issue and was helpful in answering legal questions for other people waiting for court I was extremely glad I had him there and enjoyed watching others line up to ask him question after question he’s a awesome attorney and a great person.

When I was injured on the job I wasn't sure how to proceed. I was missing work, my company wasn't being helpful, and I wasn't sure what to do! What can I say about my experience that can captivate the pleasure it was to have Mr. Stanley represent me at my time of need. Words that come to mind: compassionate, diligent and most importantly honest. He’s not only grounded he is also professional. I never felt the need to chase him down for information regarding my case, I was always in the loop. Before trial he took the time out to prepare me for what it would be like the day of. Joseph Stanley is an awesome attorney! He fought very hard for me. I got arrested and was scared about having the charges on my record as that was the first time I had been in any trouble. We went to my case review and of course the prosecutor tried to get me to take a plea. I declined because I had trust in Joseph that he could do better for me! And he did!! Joe is friendly and down to earth. Responds promptly to any questions I had. Ended up saving me over $2000 in fines and my drivers license. Would recommend him to anyone who needs representation for a traffic offense for sure.

When my insurance company refused to help Mr. Stanley contacted them within 24 hrs. He negotiated all my hospital bills, kept in contact weekly to check on how I was doing.
