Elle was very nice and approachable. However, just as I am expected to fully understand my line of work and offer accurate estimates to my clientele, I expect the businesses I hire to do the same. My siblings and I hired Elle to assist with some minor work after our father passed away. We were quoted “somewhere between $750 and $1500, with a most likely cost of about $1000.” Unfortunately, the estimate was not even close. We are now up over $3500 and were quoted another $1000 to complete their work. Due to this significant discrepancy, we decided to secure support elsewhere. While I don’t believe we were being charged for activities not completed, I do take issue with a firm that specializes in this kind of work being so far off on their estimate. My clients certainly would not stand for it if I underestimated a fee to the magnitude this attorney did.

I highly recommend Elle and her staff. She has assisted with my sister, my brother, and my estate planning needs. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, compassionate towards her clients and goes the extra mile to ensure your expectations.

Treated me like a piece of garbage. Sickening money grab. Threw out the whole pile of junk she ruined and started over at a law office.

I’m not sure how to start or what the best words are for how Elle, Jessica, Carmelita, Colleen, Nina, and Becca helped me through difficult times. I needed legal advice, handholding, and compassion. Got all three many, many times over. The attention to detail and plans for now and the future surpassed my expectations. They took me through estate plans and issues that came up seamlessly. Even gave me a script for one interaction which I needed as a reference. Nothing surprised them. I got surprised but not them. And then there’s the trust. Options were explained, decisions made (by me), and resource recommendations made (by them). This included wonderful tax help (Adam, Monica, Charlotte, and Jennifer at Adam Necelis.) And the wonderful folks at WSFS Greenville. You don’t have to use them, but Elle has plenty of experience and knows who will helps and knows their stuff . I KNOW my wishes will be followed. Now the human side - the compassion and intuitiveness - there are no words to adequately express this. They know the hard times/decisions and are prepared to make them as painless as possible. Wait until you meet Ms. Molly. By then, they knew enough about me to anticipate and take care of the matter at hand and me. Elle and Jessica set the stage from the first meeting - lots of compassion and active listening. They are the best and Elle sets the standard high. I can’t recommend her team enough.

I can’t say enough about Nina Pappoulis. I used her for a small matter I needed help with a few years ago. She first listened instead of assuming she knew what I needed. Then she talked to me in plain English. She made the law , at least the bit that applied, and the process easily understandable. Then she set expectations up front. Nina is a caring attorney. I knew I was in good hands. If you chose to work with Nina, you won’t be disappointed.

My siblings and I, after our mother's passing, hired Elle Van Dahlgren Law to administer and probate her estate in Delaware. Working with Elle and Jess, her paralegal, was very pleasant and very efficient and productive and a huge load off of me who was out of state with siblings even farther out of state. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive, and sensitive to the needs of clients dealing with a difficult process. This is an excellent law firm and I highly recommend!

Elle is amazing at what she does and has a very professional and sensitive way about her. She has prepared our wills and also done other legal work for us personally and with my business. She asks the tough questions, but is able to keep things very light and manageable. Elle is an all around great person with a huge, generous heart. We were seeking guardianship of our 21 yr. old autistic grandson; Elle was so helpful and made this process a breeze. Liz, her para, was great at explaining the process and always available when we had questions! Definitely would recommend this firm!
