Susan stepped into a MESS….(she didn’t have to) And has systematically cleaned it up! Susan Over is by far, the most to the point, brilliant honest, helpful, understanding, patient, kind, attorney I have ever met. She is assertive and aggressive when necessary and patient to a fault. She explained the good bad and ugly and has kept me abreast of all things realtime.. she keeps billing factual and reasonable and has been to the point even when I don’t want to hear it. She has fought for me like no one else could as she ready the entire file. She is not cookie cutter atty. I would HIGHLY recommend Susan to anyone looking to protect themselves and family in family court. She is the real deal! She cares about her clients lives… its very evident. Her sense of calm during my most tumultuous days was a gift she didn't have to share and made the awful divorce/custody/assets division much more human and bearable. She is excellent attorney and masterful Human. I feel blessed our paths crossed.

Ms. Over provided me with excellent service throughout my divorce, child support and custody process. I was actually separated from her location a great deal of the time due to being active duty military. This required her to represent me physically in the court room on numerous occasions. Ms. Over always acted in my best interest and never failed to keep me informed of what was going on. I was very pleased with her services and also with her office staff. I would not hesitate to recommend her with the highest of regards to anyone. Susan Over has helped me in a very difficult custody battle with my ex-husband. This case lasted for three year, and still is ongoing process. I constantly have court dates and hearings during the course of this time, and she diligently in keeps me informed. Hi I'm a past client of Susan Over. First this lawyer is not worth the time of day to handle any case. What ever it is. My divorce was a total mess due to the lack of misguided information from her. Lies and information she stated of what she will do in my case. My case is and all will be an injustice and a crime to me along with the judge's verdict in Wilmington Delaware Family Court. She was mention to me by another client of hers. Then as my court case came to be the lady told me she was misguided and was very sorry she ever told me to use her as my lawyer. I'm now still upset to this day. Going on five years now. Now with all the depression and the medications I take I'm finally out of my Post Traumatic Shock and looking back I should of never used her for my lawyer. I hope this gets posted so no else will be a victim of injustice like me.
