I was assisting a relative with the sale of a property in Delaware. I found the real estate coordinator (Krissie) to be knowledgeable, thorough and communicative with our attorney and his coordinator. The attorney finalized the sale documents with us promptly and provided copies for our records.
The entire transaction was flawless.
I would recommend them for handling real estate transactions.

I’m at a loss for words. I had such Hugh expectations for the outcome of my case and mistakes were made on their end. No one wants to claim responsibility for what happened and now it falls on me. All that money is gone. Don’t trust this place.

Very unprofessional with a lack of interpersonalw skills. After acknowledging they were wrong they refused to make an apology, and tried to sweep their misspoken words under the rug. Our settlement was called of strictly to the disrespect and irresponsibility of this law firm.
