Cold and calculating are some words often associated with lawyers, so I was very surprised when I was received with kindness and compassion. This office, particularly Mary Anne, represented me and my interests in a manner that was effective and efficient, all while keeping me informed. They were flexible enough to work with me, and proactively addressed anything that I missed. They treated me as an individual and not just another case and I highly respect them for that. I am certain for any other times that I may need legal representation I will be referring to this law office first. Overall 10/10

My husband and I had many collections accounts on our credit. The Law Office of Mary Higgins worked hard to get our accounts settled within reason and saved us a lot of money. They kept us in the loop with what was going on.

This firm takes their jobs seriously and they work hard on the client's behalf. I was always treated with the utmost respect.

I called after hours and left a message with the answering service. I run a credit repair business and have several clients that need an attorney to defend their rights under the FCRA for credit reporting violations. I wanted to set up a call to speak to Miss Higgins about referring those clients to her for legitimate legal counsel. I left a message that evening and called the next morning and my number was blocked. I called several times and received an automated response saying the line was busy, but got straight through when I called from a different number. I was shocked. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I can make assumptions about Mary Higgins but obviously she's not interested in actually helping anyone. Don't let the website fool you, she does what is profitable for her business only.

I was so blessed to be guided to this office.They are kind and professional. They keep you informed in a timely manner of the process. They are one of those "best kept secrets" in Delaware that needs to be proclaimed from the rooftops. Mary Higgins and her associates were amazing.

Ideally, one doesn't let their debt problems spiral out of control to the point that they're being sued, but if you're reading this review, chances are you're probably at that point like I was. I hired the Law Office of Mary Higgins to represent me in a debt collection lawsuit. They were easy to talk to and are sympathetic to your situation. They were able to accept the summons on my behalf as well as negotiate a settlement that I thought was fair. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Faced with a legal situation that I was unfamiliar with and time being of the essence, I researched attorneys/firms familiar with my type of legal case and lawsuit brought against me (debt collection/creditor). The Law Office of Marry Higgins, LLC received great reviews, so I decided to complete their initial intake form during a weekend (Sunday) - and to my delightful surprise, they contacted me the following day. From the initial conversation I felt very comfortable with deciding to move forward with them representing me. They were very upfront about the services they could provide, the cost, and all of the possible outcomes. They were very prompt with responses, always available to answer any questions and provided impeccable services from beginning to end. 100%, I would not hesitate to use them again and/or refer them to family, friends, and loved ones. Deciding to hire them for my legal issue was the best decision I could have made. Job well done to Marry Higgins and Staff!

Hiring this law firm was the best decision I could have made when I was faced with a lawsuit. They are very professional and compassionate, always there when I had question. They resolved my issue in a timely fashion and it was such a relief. I would highly recommend this firm if you need help with a creditor issue.

I am really glad that I had this law firm on my side, they helped me get things settled. The staff was very polite, personable, and efficient. Hopefully I won't have any future debt issues that needs to be handled in court, but If I did I would definitely call them back, because they are so Wirth it.
