Peter is one of the best out there if not the best lawyer yet so far. He's not only expertise in his area he also gives excellent advice. He is very accessible and get to in the most possible time. Peter is a Godsend to me. I'm privileged to make his acquaintance.

When I think of my experience with Peter Janczyk the one thing that comes to mind is "HUMAN" I've dealt with alot of different lawyers in the past but this was the first time I experienced someone who was so caring, polite, compassionate, respectful and HUMAN. When I hired Mr Jancyk I believed he was a caring and honest person. Obviously not ever needing an attorney I was naive. I could never get straight answers , I was talked down to and belittled, example .he actually had the nerve to ask me if I had major surgery just to be paid. I had so many concerns about medical Bill's and was blown off in the end, he got a policy limit and assured me he would get UIM coverage for me as I ended up with next to nothing for 2 years suffering and more surgery coming up. After I signed paper for release he emails the next day and says I have no UIM coverage and he can't help me and is no longer my attorney. Now he leaves me flat and expects me to pay for my file after he's already taken 33,000 from my settlement. I have emails and calls to prove what I am saying is honest and what has happened, I can also prove he spoke to insurance that told him I had no coverage yet he told me consistently he was going to get the benefits, until he got his money and left me screwed , beware this is the worst experience I've ever had with someone that's supposed to have your ethics and protect clients .
