I hired James Huggett to help us to refinance and stop eviction. Truly he keeps stay he has no power to eviction. Wasn’t even try. Plus he give l list to get help. Not even help to find place to stay. I lived my home for 35 year. Last four year I am Squatter. I gave him 5,000.00 for retainer and nothing wasn’t done. House was sold and I got no money from mortgage or moving expenses. Don’t appreciate senior citizens and or disability. But nothing. Couldn’t even stand up for my family and now I am out on street with along with my son any my husband. Don’t even hired him Leave out in hot weather and no where to go. No money.

My company has used Jim and his firm (Margolis Edelstein) for close to 14 years now. Prompt return calls and e-mails, serious attention paid to our matters, always good results. We trust Jim with any and all bankruptcy and commercial litigation work, and his larger firm allows us to get help when needed (for tax matters, insurance things, etc.). Huge fan here.
