They are legit. I was worried at first but service was great and lawyers were real. Much faster and easier than dealing with typical legal offices which try and do everything bespoke at a premium price.

This firm aggressively solicits your business expressing their ability to represent you with in my challenged application for a Registered Trademark stating they have reviewed the application and would get a positive resolution. They are so poor in their representation that they used a cookie cutting response easily identified by the trademark examiner in charge which in turn issued a Final Refusal to register our trademark. Then they had audacity to send me this response; It is possible to appeal this refusal to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. However, this is not typically successful. Because the odds of winning are so low on appeal, you may be better served by considering re-branding and filing for a different trademark. We can file a new application for $175 in legal fees plus government fees (which are typically $250). I guess they wanted to take me for an additional $425 after they swindle with a $400 bill in the original bill that they were not only unsuccessful but left with no ability to properly state my case with my trademark. They are horrible, non-responsive and never call once they have collected your money. Attorney Javier Gómez, Esq. should go back to law school to learn how to be a real attorney.

I submit an application 6/2020 and I received an office action.
