As a lay business person, it definitely has helped to have experienced and responsive legal attorneys guiding you through the process. It and when I need legal counsel in the future, Legally Co is my first choice. I couldn't have hired a better firm.

I used their services to help a stalled Trademark Application. I was happy to pay the fee to get things moving again. In my mind it was well worth the money.

Legally.co helped me with my registration mark that expired (due to my own negligence). A large span of time occurred during the registration process which is to be expected due to the nature of USPTO. Legally.co was there to answer questions in a expeditious manner. Got the great news today my mark is secure and this task can be put to bed for the next 6 years until an update is required. Thank you to Luke and his crew!

This review is for online legal services provided by Legally.co. This is service done online and through phone and not in person. I have 2 trademarks done by Legally.co. Hesitated in using them at first because I found them only through online forum but took a chance and the process is easy. The best thing is the cost was very low. Registering my trademark was easier than writing this review.

This review is regarding the trademark services of Legally.co. If you are not absolutely sure what you are doing with respect to what and how and where you want to trademark, this is not the service for you. Lots of upsell and Javier just fills out forms and puts the onus back on you. I have since learned how important the class and the wording and the description of goods is. Of course, they got it wrong. Twice. As someone who is new to this, I wasted 2 entire filings before going to a real trademark lawyer. Legally.co will happily put your paperwork in and talk to you under the guise of that being advice (upsell here too) but when it's wrong, that chafes. AVOID.

Their communication is unprofessional and sarcastic. The customer support is awful. Not recommended.
