They do not return phone calls. Done waste your breath on their voice mails. We left 1 voice mail a week for a month. Never heard back. Best advice is to keep calling untill they decide to acctually pick up the phone. And arragant and rude. People comming to them are dealing with loosing loved ones. They need to clean house and hire those with a compassion to serve. Typical state employee mentality at work in that department.

Please note: I am NOT referring to the entire Dept of the Register of Wills. However, I am referring to Ciro Poppiti, who just won his 3rd term in office as Register of Wills. He came in as a guest speaker for one of my classes. I just lost my father, and my mother also dealt with this before. I was proceeding to ask a question, and before I could finish, he rudely interrupted by telling me about how long he has been a lawyer and how long he has worked there. He went on to remind me he is in his 3rd term, "So, you don't think I know what I am talking about?", in an elevated tone, he added! I tried to interject and let him know that I was not challenging his credentials, and it was for personal reasons but, he abruptly chimed in as he walked away, stating it was nothing else to talk about! I have never felt so humiliated in a class where you are there to learn until, yesterday. His rude behavior as a guest speaker was very shocking! I believe the whole class was in shock. I should be able to ask a question whether he agrees or disagree. He should NEVER show such poor character being in a public spectrum and also as a guest speaker for a reputable college. I am very offended in the manner he talked to me as a result of me initiating a question. I would hope everyone who reads this will make sure they have a will. If not, your loved ones will have to deal with him choosing who will be the Executor of the Estate for you. I would not want him making any decisions for me, especially after seeing him act like that yesterday.

Not very helpful when comes to filling out the paperwork. They did not give me a time line of when and how things are done. I am from another state, every time I come here it not only cost me travel expenses but lost wages.
