Dan seems like a nice guy. He thought little of the opposing counsel and thought we were in good shape, Then he failed to review my case in a summary judgement proceeding and we lost. When I asked him why he failed to prepare, he dropped me. Very expensive lesson and I was left without justice.

Dan is currently representing my wife and I in a civil rights violations case. Because the case is in process, I can't comment much. What I can say is that once he reviewed the extent of violations that we experienced and the resulting trauma, he continues to reassure, validate and fight for proper justice to help make us whole and to hopefully heal from this damage that continues to impede abilities for forward movement and return to normalcy.
