I was notified by our operations manager in NJ that a competitor was advertising on a digital billboard and including our trademarked name with the intent of confusing potential consumers and diparaging our company name. I contacting Jim who immediately drafted a letter and overnighted it to the competitor and the billboard owner. The result was that the ads were removed within 24 hours.
