I truly wish you could listen to me instead of reading my review because I will be short in explaining everything Lee did for our family. I consulted Lee during March of 2019 after our daughter was unfairly kicked out of Catholic school during 7th grade, after having attended the same school since kindergarten. I was in the verge of losing my mind due to the stress and anxiety the Catholic school caused my daughter and family. Incredibly out of seven attorney's Lee was the only person who took our The Diocese, since the other attorneys said and I quote, private schools can do what they want and establish "their own rules" because they do not receive public funding, after Lee looked at private schools by laws, he found they do. Lee spent countless hours, days and months building our case from scratch, he studied the structure of the local Diocese and found a way to file a federal lawsuit against the school and Diocese at the same time. Lee fought for us to the extent of becoming licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania in order to represent us during our hearing in federal court, this is how much he believed in this case. The Unites States Supreme Court robed us of the majority of the fees we were entitled to due to the ruling blocking compensation to families for pain and suffering to victims in Pennsylvania, however Lee helped us recover funds and my family's sense of dignity back. Miraculously the school now has systems in place they never had before to help students after Lee fought against them. I recommend attorney Lee Wentz to any and every family and person who wants the best compassionate care, the best fight and result for your family.

I hired Mr. Wentz to represent me with regard to obtaining guardianship of my two young granddaughters. I had been granted temporary emergency guardianship but I wanted, no NEEDED, permanent guardianship. I refused to allow the girls to return to their former living situation. The state gave my daughter a pro bono attorney, and I hired Lee because I didn't want to go to court unrepresented. Lee accompanied me to court on the set date. If you've ever been to Family Court, you know emotions can run fairly high, and mine were no different. Lee was extremely professional and explained to me, in detail, my options. After telling the judge that all parties could come to an agreement, possibly without court intervention, Lee negotiated with my daughter's attorney, during the day, at night and on weekends until we all came to a favorable outcome. I paid what I considered to be a small retainer, plus an additional couple of hours of Lee's time, which was a small price to pay for the well being of my granddaughters. I would, without a doubt, recommend Lee Wentz to anyone who is looking for an attorney.
