I can highly recommend Michele Muldoon for estate planning and setting up a trust. During a crunch time when many folks are scrambling to establish trusts before the expected enactment of less favorable tax laws, Michele was effective, efficient, articulate and empathetic in setting up my trust. Michele listened carefully to understand my intent and goals. She was thorough and empathetic in guiding me to consider scenarios and issues which I had not contemplated. She was clear and articulate in explaining the meaning and necessity of the provisions of the trust. After drafting, Michele was insightful in taking me through my steps to fund the trust. She also provided a clear outline of the duties and tasks of the trustee, and how they relate with the role of the trust protector. I highly recommend Michele.
