I was in a work car accident May 2022, Kyle Kemmer handled my case. He represented me, handled everything, took the time to explain anything I didn't understand, always kept in communication about my case. He made this process so much easier for me. Keep it simple stupid. This was a process for me that i found frustrating but Kyle and his team kept it simple for me. I understood what was going on the entire time and when i asked a question they answered.

James J Meehan is the worst attorney ever He literally sat on my 2nd case after helping with a previous case he sat on the second one for the whole two years never helped with me any loss wages and disability and guidance to help me I was a young adult when Meehan represented by two cases he failed big time instead of saying he don’t want to help. He helped me with the first case, which means he was aware of everything that I have been through and when I got to my second keys or any other car accidents that I had asked that He did not help me he did not guide me. He did not talk to me. He did not reach out to me. All he did was take my money and he called me and cuss me out .. told me basically I wasn’t doing nothing right for him to represent my case . Something I guess we just can’t never forget in our lives. He made things beyond worst… practically changed my whole life for the worst so if anybody that’s out there, that’s a real human being. I would highly NOT !!! recommend that you go to these attorneys. You They make issues out of nothing outside of there jobs .He could’ve easily just said that he did not want to take the job, he went and made a simple job task that he could’ve disregarded now something that has affected not only outside of his work area, but in somebody’s life like literally you became a story a horrible story in somebody’s life that you or no one else can never change how they will feel about that or the experiences you but on someone life ..

Mr.Kemmer and Mr. Warren did a great job representing my family, it has been a tough couple of years and with their help we managed to get a good outcome. Both Mr.Kyle Kemmer and Mr. Jason Warren always kept us informed and from the beginning they were always quick to get back to us with any questions we had and everything was honest and professional we are very thankful for everything this firm did for us and we highly recommend them thanks again.

Phoned this law firm for a consultation and receptionist just did not have manners. She was not friendly until I mentioned my potential case. Once she heard my potential case, she changed her tone. Then after putting me hold for 3mins, she came back and informed me that the law firm would not be interested in taking my case.
