I was injured in a motor vehicle crash at age 54 while legally proceeding through a green light. My car was totaled and I sustained neck (cervical spine), sternal and right foot fractures. Three months of non-weightbearing on my right foot and three months of wearing a stiff Miami J (neck) collar were recommended by doctors I trusted. I followed their recommendations, including physical therapy and follow-up appointments. It was a stressful and challenging time for my family and me. I am thankful to be able to say this: I have good function in my neck, sternum, and right foot. Attorney Gil Shelsby and his staff were professional, available, and competent. They assisted me with the entire process, including communicating with hospital systems and medical offices when medical bill collection letters began arriving. I highly recommend Mr. Shelsby and his staff.

Attorney Kelley Huff was extremely professional, very kind and sympathetic and listened to all of my concerns, along with those of my three out-of-state sisters regarding our mother’s case involving a nursing home. Took them over 6 months to look at my paperwork and tell me they weren't interested in taking my case. I had called them about 4 months after i brought the paperwork to them to see where they were on the case and told me there were no notes on it saying they even looked at it yet. Horrible experience.
