This lawyer ( The Honorable Mister Vincent Bifferato) deserves more than 5 stars! My greatest praise to him comes from his outstanding responsiveness and his fairness' sake! This lawyer and his paralegal are really on your side, and even have compassion for you for your pain and injuries. My friend has referred me to him after I got hit by a car and broke my leg. I was skeptical at first because there were lot of other lawyers advertising on tv, radio, etc, and promising great results. Then I was shocked not only by his popularity , but also by his performance/competence. Everywhere I go I mention his name alone, automatically I'm respected, feared and they all said "you are in good hands" : the nurses, my Surgeon, the Assistants, the Physical Therapists, the law cash loan before settlement coordinators, even the State of Delaware!, etc... I am extremely pleased with the quick responses. Unlike most Attorneys, this glorified Barrister personally squeezes in time to reply to your emails and questions right away, without protocols; even though he is clogged with many other cases. Thanks also for your compassion and for having mercy on me, and for lowering your fees. May God bless you more abundantly! I was also blessed to have the best Paralegal possible (Ellie) in my case who responded to my concerns /emails/options/loan requests within seconds, all day long, always; from the beginning to the end , I have never had to wait for a response/ solution. He ( Mister Bifferato ) doesn't even do a lot of advertising, but go in his office and you will be shocked at how many representation requests calls he receives per minute! I don't know much about his trial competence ( he has always discouraged trial/judgement in my case); I have decided to settle my case before trial; since the at fault party did not own significant non exempt assets to seize for more money. But when it comes to settlement , this Attorney is very feared by insurance companies and will get you get you the same or higher compensation than any other lawyer! I guarantee it!

I find this firm to be reliable, dependable and extremely professional. Their patience and understanding of situations that may arise help to keep our organization grounded and focused. Kudos!

I had a breach of contract case for which I retained ms Allen. She is definitely very professional and very knowledgeable and I loved her confidence. I also felt as though she was advocating for me at every turn . I know that sounds like it shouldn’t be a question when you retain and attorney but you’d be surprised sometimes. Ms Allen definitely was “in my corner” and always looked out for my best interest . At the same time she was down to earth, easy to talk to and didn’t speak over my level of understanding. I Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for employment law.

I highly recommend Vincent for auto injuries. He really cares about his clients and will represent your case to correct any wrong.
