Great attorney

I originally had a public defender who basically told me that my case was hopeless and that I'd very likely serve 60 days in jail. I contacted Jason Antoine less than 2 months before my trial date and was very anxious about the possibility of going to prison. I did not meet with him in person before my court date but he contacted me many times up until then. He ended up getting me an amazing plea deal with no jail time, and even managed to get me non-reporting probation since I am out of state. I am beyond impressed with how he resolved the case despite it being my second offense. Jason is very good at what he does and I highly recommend him.

I hired Mr. Antoine after being involved in an accident and charged with a DUI. The police had video surveillance of my arrest and sobriety tests - along with a confident prosecutor who refused to negotiate. He thoroughly explained my options and the consequences of my charges. We decided to take the case to trial. He interrogated the police officer and it was found they did not conduct their arrest properly. With this evidence, the judge threw out the case. Without Mr. Antoine's extensive knowledge of the laws and procedures, I would have faced a suspended license for a year plus a DUI charge. My lawyer displayed a confidence in the courtroom that let me know I made the right decision hiring him. Aside from helping me win my case, Mr. Antoine has a down to earth personality and was very easy to talk to. I highly recommend him and would hire him again should I ever need to. Thanks Jason! My son was falsely accused of a grand theft auto last March of 2016. I hired Jason to represent him. A friend of our family recommended him. Jason certainly had is work cut out for him. I needed my Drivers License to keep a roof over my head and keep my business going in State of Delaware and not to mention my driver record and criminal record. I got pulled over in Delaware by a State Trooper for driving to slow in left lane and was not even drunk or anything like that. He kept saying my eyes where blood shot and slurring speech and all this crap and arrested me for dui, they towed and inpounded my car and gave me traffic violations to go with it. I was fine to drive with no impairment and i was very angry because this was going to impact my life for next 12 months with license suspended and stay on my record for next 7-10 years i think So i start looking on internet for DE DUI Lawyers and i did not want to hire the first Lawyer i came across so i start looking at reviews and such. I looked for a few days before coming across Jason R. Antoine website and i can tell this was the guy for the job based on what i found on website, so i scheduled an appointment and glad i did! I arrived that day and was greeted by Amy Smith upon walking in and she said please be seating Jason will be right with you and Jason came out and greeted me and said lets go upstairs and talk I told him exactly what happen and he said, we need to fight this Lou because if not you are going to lose your license one way or another and be hit with all sorts of court cost and fines. I said let me think it over Jason and get back to you, and few days went by and i had called other lawyers and some never returned my calls and one lawyer did return my call but he did not sound good on phone. So i said i am hiring Jason R. Antoine and boy i am glad i did! Jason really works hard for you and is worth what i paid because he really earned his money on this one. Delaware wanted to hang me out to dry, they only wanted me to plead guilty and get another conviction for themselves. Jason said Lou i am here for you if you want to take this to trial lets do it, and i sad yes my job, license and roof over my head is more important lets go full steam ahead and see where we end up. I ended up being found NOT GUILTY thanks to a true professional Lawyer, that is good at what he does Jason R. Antoine. Jason really is a good lawyer he knows the laws and really goes to bat for you...He really impressed me in court room. I am so happy i hired him and is a pleasure to have met this true gentlemen.
