Jason was referred to me by another attorney to represent me for a VOP hearing. I was looking at 1 year level 5 for the violation and 5 years back up time. Jason was able to successfully have my probation discharged completely. Needless to say I highly recommend this criminal attorney for serious matters before the courts in Delaware.

I was previously arrested for a DUI in PA and hired a lawyer who gave me the same deal I would have got with a public defender. When I was arrested for a second DUI/possession in DE, I applied for a public defender thinking the outcome would be the same. My pessimistic public defender told me that I was destined to do 60 days in jail because I'm out of state, and that I'd be very lucky if I got 7-10 days which is mostly reserved for DE residents. I decided to spend the money and hire a private attorney less than 2 months before my trial. Antoine didn't make any promises but assured me that it is definitely possible to get a plea deal and not serve jail time. He immediately reviewed my case and filed a motion to suppress the blood evidence which my public defender would not bother with. Ultimately, it turned out better than I expected. The DUI was reduced to a reckless and he managed to get me unsupervised probation for my other charge. I am very grateful and recommend Antoine for anyone facing serious DUI charges in the tristate area.

My case was quite unique in that my DUI offense and state of driving licensure were different. This impacted me professionally among other things. Jason considered every aspect of my case and had considerable knowledge to be able to advise me what to do to achieve an optimal outcome, which we did achieve. I hired Mr. Antoine after being involved in an accident and charged with a DUI. The police had video surveillance of my arrest and sobriety tests - along with a confident prosecutor who refused to negotiate. He thoroughly explained my options and the consequences of my charges. We decided to take the case to trial. He interrogated the police officer and it was found they did not conduct their arrest properly. With this evidence, the judge threw out the case. Without Mr. Antoine's extensive knowledge of the laws and procedures, I would have faced jail time. My lawyer displayed a confidence in the court room that let me know I made the right decision hiring him.
