I left 2 voice messages as well as left a message with a live person but no one ever called me back.

Well Tuesday December 12, 2023, 2 situations happened to myself, 1 great, and 1 unfortunate. As I read, and personally been informed, not just by clients, but as lawyers as well, after speaking about my case, every person I asked never hesitated tell me, my case would at least been resolved in no NO less then 3 years, up to 5. I was involved in my accident on November 3rd, 2021, Tuesday December 12th 2023, Mr. Inkwell and his entire firm had my case settled, my hospital bills paid in full, and also ending with myself EXTREMELY satisfied with the Final outcome. For me, I got 2 times as much as i was expecting, and I know, something as this, definitely is a situation that many clients that have gone to other firms, well it just doesn't occur that way. Mr. Josh not only treated me in a way that my family feels like he's become our family, but Josh also took time to call me, got to know me personally, more like a brother, always took time to check up on me, not only me, asked how my son Trevor was doing, also knowing my mother is dealing with her liver disease, asked constantly about her, which gotten to the point, as I spoke on it before, didn't feel as he was my lawyer. Tuesday I got the privelage of meeting others in his firm that I talked to so many times before, by far the nicest, caring individuals possible. Even had a conversation with Mr. Jason, talking about his Eagles, which had a few good laughs about me wearing my Washington Commanders clothes. Which I will be going back, and making sure I wear my Washington gear, just for you Jason buddy lol. As I said 1 good situation beings this positive outcome, but also a unfortunate situation beings that Mr. Josh made myself so comfortable, talked just about everyday, i feel like, or for myself, kind of upsetting that my case in no time it felt is done. The entire time, as i said earlier, i felt like the entire firm has become my close family, and i can honestly say its saddens me to the point, i wish it took longer. By far the greatest, nicest, and by far the BEST DAMN LAW FIRM available, and i will be the first to inform anyone seeking, looking, and needing a great firm, to be there when you need them, always making themselves available, going above, and beyond expectations of any client who gets the great opportunity to have them on your side. Mr. Josh, most certainly knows anything, and everything about the law, always presented to me the best direction to take, bsst of all, allowing me, the client, in full control of the decision, and route i wanted to take. He never tried to lead you in a direction you didnt feel comfortable in taken, even if Josh personally felt you were to gain more money, he let me make my decision. Also showing me that as many other, or truthfully ALL other lawyer would only care about that old might dollar, he never once gave me ANY impression i was just a paycheck for him. He does what any client would want, made it so easy, and relaxed having him on my side, no pressure whatsoever. He always respected myself. Hudson, Castle, and inkell, the joseph family will always be so da** thankful, grateful, and most of all be blessed for your hard work, the constant around the clock work that was done, and for myself, the great feeling i get to have knowing i added a few new friends in my life. Josh Inkell took my cases offering no false hopes. I was told straight up anything can happen in these cases. Josh and his team kept me up to date through the course of my case. Phone calls, emails, text messages were offered frequently. When time came to arbitration I was kept informed through out the process. When all was said and done, I received more than anticipated, I was charged a very fair fee and the procces was easy for me, all I did was answer questions.
