Was completely comfortable with everyone that was on my case and the process. This was my first time having to use a lawyer and I was a little apprehensive. My eyes where open to the "business" of insurance companies. I am glad I picked the Inkell Firm.

A good friend referred me to this law firm to handle my case, which resulted from being a passenger in a car accident. During the entire process I felt cared for, responses were quick, and there was open communication when needed. The results from the case were me feeling relief from a positive outcome in my favor from their dedication applied to my lawsuit. I would definitely go back as well as referr others for their services.

This law firm is all you need if you’re involved in an accident and need representation! They took a chance on my accident even though it was over a year old! I was having problems and didn’t feel heard in my case- not only did they not hesitate to take my case but they got me a much higher payout- than I could have gotten if I fought the case on my own. I was referred to Bruce Hudson through a family friend. I called into his office and spent 20 mins talking to John Clepano giving the details of my painful experience of losing my last parent in an unconscionable way due to purposeful negligence. I was assured someone would get back to me urgently due to timing, to at least let me know if this office could take on the case. That was over 3 weeks ago, 2-3 follow-ups and was just ignored. Was told my information was with Attorney Inkell, left messages with no response. The trauma of how I lost my father has only been compounded by the blatant disregard for his life by those who were responsible for caring for him and now the disregard of this law firm at least having the courtesy to address my inquiry on such a sensitive matter. I will somehow have to come to terms with what was done to my parent knowing those responsible will not be held accountable while also dealing with the willful disregard I feel from this law office. Many sleepless nights and agony over this situation is taking a toll on me. I pray others are treated differently and insult to injury of this kind isn’t the norm, and also that others are able to find help and justice if they reach out to this law office for help!!
