Two days before my daughter's divorce hearing in FL, my former son-in-law presents me with a Protection from Abuse (PFA) at my home in DE. For the previous year he had been conducting an smear campaign against me and my business using our business's fact book page and email of our suppliers.
So how was I to proceeds?
As I talked with Tyler, two characteristic became apparent. First, he'll listen and second, he'll probe with questions aimed at clarifying issues. These characteristic resulted in his response to the PFA that captured the salient arguments appropriate for my defense of the PFA.
When my PFA day in court arrived, my son-in-law never appeared! Yes I was over prepared but I was very comfortable, more specifically, secure The discussions with Tyler and his document made me feel very secure in understanding how to present an unemotional and factual response to my son-in-law's smear campaign.
How did I find Tyler? Not by chance. My neighbor was an Air Force JAG. She interviewed several lawyers and choose Tyler for her child custody issue. I'm happy I followed her recommendation. Without reservation, I'd return to Tyler for any other issues that arise in my daughter's divorce. In fact, I did return to Tyler for a recommendation to a lawyer practicing in business law.

Tyler is a wonderful attorney, extremely professional and knowledgeable, he took on my case with seriousness and quickness as we were on a time crunch.
The case involved modifying a QDRO from 1995, I am retiring in January 2019 and this matter had to be settled as quickly as possible so I would receive my full pension.
Tyler knew exactly what had to be done and executed everything beautifully. I am very pleased of the outcome and my experience was really great!!

I sought Dana Reynolds' counsel, in July of 2014, for assistance of preparation of a prenuptial agreement prior to my marriage to my now wife. I will, to be fair, state that there was not a lot of time between the consultation and the wedding, though, since it was a courthouse wedding it was stated that we could postpone it in order to allow for proper preparation of a prenuptial agreement (which my wife and I did).
My wife and I had done quite a bit of work outlining the provision of our prenuptial agreement before we each sought counsel and consulted our own individual attorneys (I myself am an IP attorney, and my wife, then fiancee, made great efforts to read up on applicable statutes, pitfalls, and so on surrounding prenuptial agreements).
What I was asking for was for a family law attorney familiar with divorce proceedings to read over our work, provide counsel, and raise any flags or correct our wrongs in our agreement.
What I was offered instead was a different agreement, one that rather than striving to eliminate tracing issues in the event of a future divorce was overly simplified and more of a boiler plate agreement that can be characterized as "what is his is his, what is hers is hers, they shall be separate financially".
Ms. Reynolds also waffled on further representation, initially stating that she would represent me and prepare / shoot holes in my drafted agreement and then changing her mind and informing me via email a few days to the contrary.
All in all a rather disappointing result from my $$$ consultation fee.
As to why I'm writing this review 3 years later... I'm happily married and closing in on my 3rd anniversary, but friends of mine in the Wilmington area are soon to be married and embarking on their own prenuptial path. I have advised that they each seek independent counsel and I figured I would share my experience with this law office.
